Sales automation
Sales automation: turn repeatable tasks into reviewed workflows
Arrange triggers, conditions, tasks and human review in one workflow. Use one-off tools without building an automation first.
For teams repeating follow-up tasks and wanting explicit triggers, ownership and human review.
Start from a workflow or event
Review examples in the workflow catalogue or build a plan. A genuinely new contact differs from an existing contact joining another list; imports are not automatic activation permission.
Plan connections and review
Connect tasks, research and drafts explicitly. Steps with external effects retain account, credit and human-review requirements. AI cannot activate an unavailable connection or a disabled feature.
Activate and observe outcomes
Explicitly activate a workflow after checking readiness. Repeated events should not create new sends. Stopping can prevent later work but does not recall messages accepted by a provider.
How to approach this in Maptinger
Inspect a relevant workflow or template in Workflows. Review its trigger, connected account and tasks using sample data first. Activation is a separate action; unavailable connections and gated AI paths are not unlocked by registration.
AI Agent and high-impact AI mail profiles have separate activation gates. Workflows cannot unlock disabled integrations.
