Contacts and lists
Customer list management: from CSV and Excel to follow-up
Map CSV/Excel data, organize contacts into multiple lists and smart groups, and keep updates and review items visible.
For sales and marketing teams updating several customer lists without duplicating contacts.
Start with a file
Map CSV or Excel fields, preview rows and add them to a relevant list. Review invalid rows. Repeated imports do not silently turn the same person into a new-customer event.
One person, different groups
One contact may belong to several lists, with condition-based segments available separately. Identity, membership and source records are different concerns. Removing one membership does not erase the entire history.
Update with source context
Track updates from a custom site/API with their source context. Email changes require review; disabled sources preserve records. Shopify/ikas are not ready integrations until separate implementation and real-connection acceptance are complete.
How to approach this in Maptinger
Create a list in Contacts, map your CSV/Excel columns and inspect the import preview. Use stable source customer IDs where available. Start with a small sample to check additions, updates and review items.
Native Shopify/ikas customer synchronization has not passed release acceptance. The custom-site API does not make those connectors ready.
